''I booked a day’s hike with Tom on 19 September 2020 on the Llanberis path up Snowdon. The weather was chilly and the wind was gusting up to 40 mph. As a beginner, I found the ascent challenging but Tom was a great support and encouragement so that I was able to reach the summit. Tom is an amiable companion and very professional. His communication beforehand was excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending him to others. He certainly made the day a memorable one for me''
