Southern Sandstone Climbing

We'll start with meeting in the local car park (details will be given)
Next a brief introduction and Adam will explain more about the day
We shall have a short scenic walk to the crag, enjoy some local scenery and see some of the potential climbing routes
A warm up is always important before climbing to get our minds and bodies ready
We'll go through the gear we will use to protect ourselves and how to use it safely
After getting geared up we will start climbing and depending on how we get on attempt a variety of different climbs to suit you
We'll have a break for lunch and discuss the guidebook and more on the local area
Time for some more climbs, maybe something a little harder if you're ready
After you're exhuasted we will pack all the kit up and head back to the car park
A quick debrief and discuss how you might want to progress in the future
Finally, we'll say our goodbyes... until another time!
