A fun session learning how to climb outdoors. No previous experience necessary as we'll go through everything you need to know but if you have been climbing before we can build on your skills. Tailored to your group's aims and abilities.

About the trip

We'll start with meeting in the local car park (details will be given)
Next a brief introduction and Adam will explain more about the session before a short walk to the base of the rocks.
A warm up is always important before climbing to get our minds and bodies ready
We'll go through the gear we will use to protect ourselves and how to use it safely
After getting geared up we will learn the basic of climbing and belaying
We can attempt a variety of different climbs to suit your group and improve your technique.
We can move onto some more challenging climbs after a lunch break.
If you want we can also discuss gear, guides, the environment etc.
At the end we will pack all the kit up and head back to the car park
A quick debrief and discuss how you might want to progress in the future
Finally, we'll say our goodbyes... until another time!
