About the trip
If you find that you know your way around a map, somewhat familiar with symbols and markings, but feel that you lack confidence or still can’t quite rely on your navigational skills, this is the course for you! Taught by a qualified Mountain Leader and Occupational Therapist; an expert in breaking down activity into manageable goals, understanding & overcoming barriers and incremental learning!
